Short description:
Food is an international language. So, we want to research the traditional recipes in the countries involved in the project.
Students research local food recipes & share them with their peers.
They design the bilingual Menu of the restaurant they create & a Cook book, containing the recipes of the food items chosen for their menus.
We consult the “Eat Well Guide” & talk about the healthy & unhealthy foods.
We discuss about recycling foods & repurposing cooking tools in a creative way.
We organize an exhibition of Food Art.
We share our finds with our partners on the project Twinspace, blog and forum.
Students will make online meetings and by making mind maps they make decisions about the project.
We cook our partners’ recipes & exchange opinions.
We cook our recipes & photo/video record them & share with our partners.
We disseminate the project online.
