Ingredients:

Some chicken legs or breast

3 carrots
-
2 parsnips
-
2 parsley roots
-
Chopped green parsley
-
2-3 slices of celerac
-
1 onion
-
Salt
-
1 pack of noodles
-
1 cooking pot
- Water
Method:
1.
Peel the vegetables
2.
Put the chicken, and the vegetables in
the pot.
3.
Add the water to cover them and some
salt, according to taste.
4.
Boil the soup until the meat and
vegetables are soft. Then take them out of the pot with a spoon, put them on a
plate and strain the soup.
5.
Separately boil the noodles in some
water with a pinch of salt. When ready, strain them and add them to the hot
soup. Put the soup in the bowls and decorate with some chopped parsley.
