Chicken salad
with veggies
Ingredients:
2 pieces of
fried chicken breasts, sliced
6 cherry
tomatoes or 3 normal tomatoes, sliced
1 bunch of
spring onions – chopped
1 bunch of
fresh dill – chopped
½ of a small
cabbage, sliced or grated (according to taste)
Salt and black
pepper
Vinegar or
lemon juice (according to taste)
Method:
Fry and slice
the chicken breasts. Let them cool down.
Slice or grate
the cabbage, slice the tomatoes and chop
the spring onions and dill.
Mix all
vegetables in a large bowl and add the sliced chicken.
Add salt and
black pepper according to taste. Add the diluted vinegar or the lemon juice and
mixt them all together. If you want, you can add some olive oil and some grated
cheese to it.
